We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for full details.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered instantly via email or through your account upon payment confirmation. No shipping applies. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive your download link within a few minutes of purchase.
Physical Products
Processing Time
All physical orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods (sales, new launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or forwarding addresses. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations. If we are unable to ship your order to your location, we will notify you promptly and arrange a full refund.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Check with neighbours or your local delivery depot

We will do our best to locate your parcel. Please note that we are unable to investigate lost parcels until 10 business days (UK) or 21 business days (international) after the dispatch date.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.
